What Factors Affect the Cost of Sound Healing?
The price of a sound healing session depends on a few key factors:
Location: Cities and wellness destinations generally have higher rates.
Practitioner’s Experience: Practitioners with specialized training, like those certified through Crystal Tones®, may charge more due to their expertise.

What You’re Investing In
When you book a sound healing session, you’re paying for more than just time. You’re investing in:
A calm, supportive environment designed to help you heal.
The skill and experience of your practitioner.
The tools and instruments used, like Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls, which are crafted with intention and carry unique healing vibrations.
A space where you can slow down, release stress, and reconnect with yourself.

If you’re new to sound healing, I encourage you to reach out with questions. Healing is an investment, and it’s worth finding what feels right for you.
But I think the better question is: what’s the value of sound healing, and why does it matter?
For me, sound healing is more than just an offering I provide. It’s personal. It’s part of my own journey through grief, loss, and rebuilding. It’s the practice I leaned on when I didn’t have the words, and it’s one I now use to hold space for others who are carrying what feels too heavy to bear.
How I Found Sound Healing
When I lost my daughter, Zoey, the world as I knew it stopped. There is no preparing for the weight of losing a child. It is a grief that changes you at the deepest level. I spent a long time searching for ways to move through that pain, not to make it disappear, but to learn how to hold it in a way that felt a little less crushing.
That’s when I found sound healing.
I trained with Rana Nader at Crystal Tones®, where I learned to use Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls- bowls made of pure quartz and infused with gemstones, minerals, and precious metals like gold and amethyst. Each bowl carries its own energy and vibration, and when played together, the sound they create isn’t just beautiful. It’s transformative.
Sound healing gave me a way to process my grief without words. The vibrations helped me release tension and find moments of stillness when everything felt chaotic. It grounded me in my body and reminded me that healing doesn’t happen all at once. It happens slowly, one breath at a time.
Now, I offer sound healing to others because I know what it can do. Whether you are navigating loss, processing big life changes, or simply trying to quiet the noise in your mind, sound healing meets you where you are.
What to Expect in a Sound Healing Session
If you’re curious about trying sound healing, here’s what happens during a session.
You’ll Start by Setting an Intention. Maybe it’s releasing grief, finding calm, or simply giving yourself a moment to rest. There’s no wrong answer.
You’ll Get Comfortable. You’ll lie down or sit however feels best for you. I often use blankets, bolsters, or eye pillows to make the space feel safe and supportive.
The Bowls Do the Work. I’ll play the Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls, and you’ll hear and feel the vibrations as they move through you. Many people describe it as a full-body experience that quiets their thoughts and settles their nervous system.
At the end, you’ll have time to come back into the present moment and share anything that came up, if you want to.
Why Sound Healing Is Worth the Investment
Sound healing isn’t a quick fix. It’s not about “solving” your grief, stress, or overwhelm overnight. It’s about giving your body and mind a chance to pause, release, and begin to heal in ways you might not even realize you need.
Here’s what you’re investing in when you book a sound healing session:
Modern life is loud, and it can feel impossible to find stillness. Sound healing gives you a moment of quiet.
The vibrations from the bowls help shift your nervous system into a state of deep rest and relaxation. It’s like hitting a reset button for your body.
Sometimes talking about what you’re feeling is too much. Sound allows you to process emotions without needing to explain them.
My sound healing sessions are designed to be inclusive, welcoming, and supportive for anyone navigating life’s challenges.
Sound healing changed the way I approach my own healing, and it’s an honor to share this practice with others. Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected, sound healing can help you reconnect to yourself in a way that feels grounding and gentle.
If you’re ready to experience it for yourself, you can learn more and book a session with me in person here in Connecticut. I’d love to hold space for you, wherever you are on your journey.
