Sound Healing +New Beginnings
The decision to move from Iowa to Connecticut wasn’t part of some grand plan. It was a feeling, a quiet knowing that I needed a change. Iowa started to feel like I was stuck on repeat, trying to adjust to a place that no longer aligned with who I was or where I wanted to go. So, I packed up my life (and so did Corey and the fam), left what was familiar, and headed east, trusting that something new (but, familiar) was waiting for us here.
Why Connecticut Felt Like the Right Move
I can’t say there was a single reason why Connecticut called to me, but there was a pull I couldn’t ignore. The energy here feels different… more aligned with who I am and the work I want to do. It’s faster-paced than Iowa, sure, but there’s also a groundedness to it that’s hard to put into words.
Connecticut feels like the kind of place where I can grow and find a community that values connection, healing, and self-care. There’s a willingness here to invest in personal growth, and that aligns perfectly with the space I’m creating through Siddhani Wellness.
Sound Healing in Connecticut
One of the things I’m most excited about is sharing sound healing with this new community. Sound healing became a vital part of my own journey, especially during moments of transition. It’s a practice that allows you to release everything you’re carrying and reconnect with yourself on a deeper level.
The heart of my sound healing practice is rooted in my training with Rana Nader at Crystal Tones®. The Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls I use are made with pure quartz and infused with gemstones and precious metals, each carrying its own unique vibration and energy. These bowls aren’t just tools; they’re partners in the healing process.
For me, sound healing has always been a way to find balance when life feels overwhelming. Moving to a new state and stepping into this new chapter has been no exception. The bowls have been my anchor, helping me stay present and aligned as I navigate everything that comes with starting over.
Expanding Siddhani Wellness
Sound healing is at the heart of what I do, but Siddhani Wellness is about more than just one practice. I want to create a space for people to explore healing in whatever way makes sense for them.
That might mean a personalized sound healing session, but it could also mean spiritual counseling or personal development mentoring. These offerings are about meeting you where you are and helping you move forward, whether that means processing grief, navigating a major life change, or finding clarity in the middle of chaos.
Healing doesn’t look the same for everyone, and it doesn’t have to. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, seen, and supported as you figure out what healing looks like for you.
Building a Community of Healing
One of the things I’m most excited about in Connecticut is building a community of people who are ready to explore their own healing and growth. Healing is deeply personal, but it doesn’t have to happen in isolation.
Through Siddhani Wellness, I hope to create a space where people can connect, share, and feel supported. Whether you’re here for sound healing, counseling, or just curious about what’s possible, I want you to feel like you’re part of something bigger. What to Expect in a Sound Healing Session
If you’ve never tried sound healing before, don’t worry, it’s incredibly accessible. You don’t need to know anything or have any prior experience. You just show up as you are.
During a session, I use crystal singing bowls and other instruments to create vibrations that help your body and mind let go of tension. The sound works on a deep level, helping to reset your nervous system and create a sense of calm and clarity.
Why This Move Feels Different
Starting over in Connecticut feels like the fresh start I needed. It’s exciting, challenging, and full of possibilities I’m still discovering. This move isn’t just about expanding my services; it’s about embracing a new chapter in both my life and my work.
If this journey has taught me anything, it’s that growth doesn’t happen in comfort zones. It happens when we step into the unknown, trust ourselves, and figure it out as we go.
